TransitCare is coming to the Gold Coast!

Queensland’s largest and most experienced community transport provider is now providing better connections for the people of the Gold Coast. Our services assist seniors, people with disabilities and the socially isolated to travel to their appointments and social activities.

Our service is pre-booked and door to door and our friendly, caring drivers collect clients from their homes and take them to wherever they need to go.

This includes hospital and medical appointments, the pharmacy, general shopping and groceries, the bank and post office, the gym, swimming, the library, the hairdresser and personal grooming, social and recreational outings, and visiting family and friends.

Our map focuses on areas around the Gold Coast University Hospital and the surrounding health precinct, with travel as far north as Coomera and as far south as Pacific Fair.

Bookings can be made between 7.30 am and 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays and must be made 36 hours before you wish to travel.

As a not-for-profit organization, TransitCare is funded by the State and Commonwealth governments and we charge a small co-payment for our services.
